Applications:
◆Processing of magnetic and weak magnetic minerals.
For example:magnetite,pyrrhotite,roasted ore,hematite,limonite,ilmenite,wolframite,tanta lumniobium ore,rhodochrosite,etc.
◆Iron removal and purification of nonmetallic minerals.It is generally used in the pretreatment process before equipment such as vertical ring high gradient magnetic separators and ultra-fine high gradient magnetic separators.
For example:feldspar,quartz,nepheline,fluorite, sillimanite,spodumene,etc.
◆High magnetic field strength. The structure of the NdFeB
high-performance permanent magnet system adopts computeraided
optimal design. The magnetic field on the inner surface of
the drum can reach over 0.8T, and the demagnetization within 10
years will not exceed 5%.
◆High magnetic field gradient. A special magnetic matrix
mesh is installed on the inner wall of the drum, which greatly
enhances the magnetic field gradient in the separation zone,
thereby improving the ability to capture minerals, reducing the
lower limit of magnetic separation particle size, and being
especially beneficial to the recovery of fine-grained minerals.

◆It has excellent energy and water saving performance.
Due to the adoption of a high-performance permanent magnet structure for the magnetic system, this equipment saves more than 80% energy compared with similar electromagnetic highintensity magnetic machines,with extremely low operating cost.
◆The magnetic matrix (box) mesh inside the cylinder is specially designed, featuring a high magnetic field gradient, and is not prone to material blockage or leakage.
◆It has a large magnetic separation area, and minerals passing path through the separation area is long,which increases the contact opportunity with magnetic matrix, resulting in high recovery rate and better mineral processing effect.
◆The drum rotation speed can be adjusted via a frequency converter,and both the magnetic field strength and the drum inclination angle can be easily adjusted according to on-site conditions, which is conducive to achieving better
separation results.
◆The equipment has a reasonable structure, simple operation, easy maintenance, and a long service life.
◆This equipment can also be used in scenarios of iron separation from red mud where the slurry temperature is
below 100℃. Since its permanent magnet system adopts water cooling to ensure that the permanent magnet system
will not demagnetize due to the high temperature of the slurry.
