Function and application
The induction heating system for continuous rolling bars and wires is mainly used before the middle or rough rolling of billets and rounds.
The electromagnetic heating technology and intelligent frequency conversion control technology are used to accurately control the overall or partial temperature of the intermediate strand to decrease the temperature difference between the core and surface of strand, as well as between the head and tail of strand, and reduce the thickness of the oxide scale as well.
