DLS Series High-Efficiency Vertical-Ring High-Gradient Magnetic Separators

Separators is an advanced large-scale metallurgical
mining device independently developed by Zhongke Electric
with independent intellectual property rights,integrating the
characteristics of magnetic separators at home and abroad.
Integrated mechanical,electrical and automatic control
technologies,it features a large enrichment ratio,strong
adaptability to fluctuations in feed particle size,concentration
and grade,reliable operation,and easy operation and
maintenance.When separating magnetic and weakly magnetic
ores,this machine achieves the dual advantages of high
concentrate grade and high recovery rate.
This product has been appraised by experts organized by
the Hunan Provincial Department of Science and
Technology,and was identified as reaching the‘domestic leading
level’.A series of DLS specifications have been developed to
meet usersI requirements for processing capacity.
Currently, this machine is used in large domestic and
foreign mines such as Ansteel Group, Baowu Iron and
Steel Group, Minmetals Mining,TISCO Group Lanxian
Mining, Tibet Yulong Copper Industry, China Aluminum
Corporation, and Hainan Mining.

Technical characteristics

◆High magnetic field intensity.The rated background magnetic field strength of the magnetic separator reaches 1.8

T,enabling the separation of weak magnetic minerals.Meanwhile,the background magnetic field has no leakage points,ensuring high recovery efficiency.

◆High magnetic field gradient.A new-type matrix box is adopted.By selecting special magnetically permeable medium

materials and optimizing the arrangement of magnetically permeable media,the magnetic induction intensity and magnetic field gradient in the separation zone are significantly enhanced.This improves the ability to capture minerals and reduces the lower limit of particle size for magnetic separation.

◆Good water-saving and energy-saving performance.Compared with previous similar equipment,this equipment saves

20% energy.

◆The excitation coil adopts advanced fully enclosed insulation curing technology,featuring excellent waterproof,

dustproof and anti-corrosion performance,which ensures the device can work in various harsh

environments.Meanwhile,the coil uses a water cooling method,resulting in low temperature rise and greatly extending the service life of the coil.

◆Both the rotation speed of the rotatory ring and the pulsation frequency of the stroke box are adjusted via frequency

conversion.This facilitates on-site personnel operation and adjustment,being more conducive to achieving better separation effects.

◆High degree of equipment automation.The equipment is equipped with advanced fault diagnosis,liquid level control

system and remote control system,realizing intelligent operation control of the equipment.This simplifies on-site personnel operation and adjustment and helps achieve better separation effects.

◆An isolation transformer is adopted to prevent pollution to the power grid during equipment operation. With low voltage, the on-site operations more safer and reliable.
