Applications

Features

Three--dimensional analysis software of modern computer is adopted to process optimum design on the distribution space of electromagnetic field inside the mould, so as to make the distribution of electromagnetic field of EMS be more reasonable and the generated magnetic field force be more efficient;

Under the premise of meeting the requirement of the EMS installation, the stirring scope of EMS is designed to be increased as far as possible. It can not only increase the effective working height of magnetic field in the EMS, make magnetic field distribution more homogeneous,  but also improve the molten steel stirring force and extend the stirring time, creating conditions for further improving the casting speed and increasing output;

4. Low consumption

High quality silicon steel is adopted for the iron core, which increases the intensity of magnetic field inside the EMS and improves the iron core saturation of EMS, at the same time decreases the consumption of EMS itself.
