Technical Features
◆The equipment integrates new technologies such as multi-spiked stainless magnetic-conductive magnet-aggregating steel technology,automatic circulation cleaning technology for stainless magnetic-conductive magnet-aggregating steel outside the machine,high-power low-voltage high-current rectification technology,PLC electrical control technology,and testing technologies for flow,temperature,pressure,etc.
◆The separation magnetic field is high(up to 1.8T)with a high magnetic field gradient(up to 3.3T).The magnetic field
intensity can be freely adjusted as needed,enabling effective separation of weakly magnetic minerals.
◆The stainless magnetic-conductive magnet-aggregating steel is automatically cleaned in circulation with flushing water outside the machine,completely solving the long-standing problem of easy clogging of fixed magnetic-conductive media.
◆Equipped with programmable control,the entire production process is fully automatically controlled,facilitating process flow modification.The control system includes manual and automatic operation control systems,overpressure,voltage loss and overheating protection devices for the cooling system,interlocking operation of peripheral equipment,fault alarm and automatic shutdown systems.
◆The excitation coil adopts advanced fully enclosed insulation curing technology,featuring excellent waterproof, dustproof and anti-corrosion performance,ensuring the equipment can work in various harsh environments. Meanwhile,the coil uses water cooling,resulting in low temperature rise,which greatly extends the service life of the coil.
