Features:
The RCYD series over-band permanent magnetic separator consists of a high performance permanent
magnetic core,a rubber belt,a reduction motor,a frame,rollers(seamless tubes processed into waistshaped to avoid
belt misalignment),and other components.The magnetic field is distributed in a hemispherical shape,and the
continuously running belt discharges the attracted tramp irons into the collection bin.
It can work with different conveyors,removing ferromagnetic materials weighing 0.1–35 kg from the materials.
Computer-optimized design is adopted for inner magnetic circuit combined with perfect dual-pole
structure,long-term operation under coarse conditions becomes a reality.It is suitable for both raw material
beatification and recycling ferromagnetic materials.
