The RCYB Series Suspended Permanent Magnetic Separator internally adopts a magnetic system composed of"NdFeB"materials with high coercivity and high remanence,completely eliminating the use of ferrite magnetic materials.It features advantages such as maintenance free operation,strong magnetic force,long service life,simple
installation,light self-weight,convenient use,and reliable operation.
◆It is suitable for iron removal from non-magnetic materials on belt conveyors,vibrating conveyors,electromagnetic vibrating feeders,and blanking chutes.It can remove paramagnetic substances weighing 0.1- 25kg mixed in non-magnetic materials,and the internal permanent magnetic system has a service life of more than 10 years.
◆All technical indicators of this product comply with the JB/T8711-1998 standard.
◆When many ferromagnetic substances are absorbed at the bottom of the magnetic separator,manually rotate the iron unloading handle(or hand-wheel),then remove the iron manually with gloves.It is suitable for continuous work occasions while with less iron content.
